Located on the quiet west end amidst lush, tropical grounds, our condo is a 5-minute walk through a private pathway and footbridge to the world-class and award-winning Bowman's Beach. Wireless internet and endless outdoor activities make this the perfect place with something for everyone.  The second-floor unit is complete with a quiet screened-in lanai and located only a short walk from the beach, pool, tennis courts, and an outdoor grilling area. Additional outdoor activities include canoes/kayaks/paddleboards for your trip along the bayou; nearby island walking/biking trail; and for your beach time use, a beach cart, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Attractions around the island include the natural flora and fauna, nature preserves, museums, exquisite shops, and gourmet restaurants. There is nothing left to do but enjoy!

Primary Bedroom: 1 queen bed
Guest Bedroom: 2 full beds 
Living Room: 1 queen sleeper sofa

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom has combined tub/shower. The guest bedroom with two full beds and a tub/shower in the bathroom. There is also a sleeper-sofa in the living room.

Kitchen: A well-appointed full kitchen offers plenty of counter space for cooking in; washer and dryer are in the large kitchen closet. 

Dining and Living Room: The dining table easily seats six and living room has two leather sofas and comfortable chair. The adjacent porch is a wonderful place to relax.
