Check-In Procedure:
The check-in process begins at 3 p.m. for condominiums, but is not guaranteed. Guests should not expect to take occupancy sooner than times stated. In some cases, check-in may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Rate adjustments cannot be made for late check-in or early departure. Guests entering a unit before 3 p.m. without prior authorization will be charged an early check-in fee.
Late Arrival Procedure:
Proceed to your unit and enter the Door Code you received on your Final Confirmation email.
Check-Out Procedure:
Check-out is prior to 10am. Please load and start your dishwasher, return furnishings to their original positions, fill out your Guest Survey, and take all trash/recycling to the appropriate receptacles. There are 3 dumpsters and recycling areas on the property: One at the end of the driveway that runs parallel to Bowman's Beach Road behind Building F; one across from Building D next to our linen shed; and one down the driveway across from Building G. Please consolidate dirty towels in one area, and you can leave your bedding in place.
Rebooking Procedure:
As a guest of Blind Pass, you automatically have the first right to reserve the same unit for the same dates the following year! All you need to do is inform the office staff within 72 hours of check-in.
