Meet the staff at Blind Pass Condos: Brooke, Billy, Tayla and Sam!
Our staff truly cares about the guests and families that come to stay with us. They are friendly, knowledgable and ready to help make your family vacation the best that it can be!

Sam - Rental Manager
Samantha "Sam" Ehsani is a dedicated and experienced Rental Manager with a strong background in property management and leadership. With a focus on creating positive living experiences for tenants and streamlining operational processes, Sam has established herself as a capable leader in the real estate industry. Sam holds a college degree and is a Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM). In her spare times she enjoys doing water aerobics, going to the beach with friends or listening to a local band in the area. She especially likes Sanibel Island with its sandy beaches and meeting people from all over the world. As a Rental Manager, Sam excels in overseeing residential properties, managing tenant relations, and implementing efficient management practices. Her expertise in property management, combined with her leadership skills, enables her to foster a collaborative and productive environment.

Tayla - Quality Inspector
Tayla is a familiar face to many visitors at Blind Pass. She started as a part-time weekend inspector here six years ago, and for the past five years, has been the Quality Inspector working closely with housekeeping staff and owners to prepare our accommodations for guests. Tayla has more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. She was born and raised in Cape Coral, where she continues to reside today – in the house originally owned by her grandmother -- with partner Brian and son Grayson. Tayla grew up spending many family vacations on Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. In her free time, she enjoys riding off-road (SxS) with her family, putting her “green thumb” to work collecting and raising plants, and relaxing in the Florida sun.  

Brooke - Reservation Specialist
Brooklynn Meadows (AKA Brooke), is a born-and-raised Hoosier from the one and only Bloomington, Indiana (GO HOOSIERS!). But in 2022, she made the thrilling move to sunny Fort Myers, Florida, and it's been an absolute blast for her! She is new to the reservation and hospitality industry, with a previous background in cosmetology. She is head-over-heels in love with the beach life down here - those warm sandy shores and crashing waves are pure bliss. And get this - she's an adrenaline junkie who can't get enough of the high-octane thrills of dirt track racing. But when she needs to slow things down, she'll soak up quality time with her amazing kids and family. They're the real MVPs! Now, let's talk about her latest obsession - the one-of-a-kind Sanibel Island. This place has completely stolen her heart with its incredible sense of community and jaw-dropping wildlife. Where else can you spot majestic birds, playful dolphins, and lumbering gators all in one day? It's a nature-lover's paradise, and she's utterly smitten! 

Billy - Maintenance
Billy first visited Sanibel while on vacation 30 years ago. Originally from New Jersey, Billy ran a warehouse for 16 years and worked for UPS for a decade. He's been living in the area now for five years, most recently working as a groundskeeper at Shell Point, at Jerry's on Sanibel prior to the hurricane, and then assisting with island cleanup after the storm. Billy always travels with his fishing poles in the back of his car, and when on island, loves to find a painted shell or look up and see an eagle eyeing its next meal. He also enjoys treasure-hunting at Fleamasters Fleamarket and local thrift stores.
