In the unfortunate event you should have to cancel your booking, we require your notice be in writing, preferably via email to info@blind-pass.com. All reservations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received 29 or fewer days prior to arrival will forfeit all pre-payments. Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive their deposit minus the $100 cancellation fee. Refunds may be eligible to be applied back to the credit card used, otherwise will be mailed in check form. This cancellation policy is effective starting on 2/19/2021.
Blind Pass Condos does offer an optional trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. This insurance is available for our guests that rent through our Blind Pass Rental Program. This insurance can help to protect guests from unforeseeable circumstances that may be a reason for cancellation. Learn more information about our optional CSA Travel Insurance Policy here.
Our office staff will be issuing refunds on deposits for all reservations made through September 2023. Although we do not have an estimated date for re-opening yet, our Blind Pass Team is hard at work to make our beautiful island home better than ever as we rebuild.
