F104 is an Enhanced Unit: It has undergone complete renovations and is equipped with all appliances within hospitality industry standards for life expectancy. It has up-to-date furnishings, including mattresses, throughout and is well appointed.

Blind Pass Condo F104: This condo is situated with access to beautiful and secluded Bowman’s Beach. It is ideal for nature lovers who want some seclusion and peaceful surroundings. It is also just a short drive to Captiva Island, the island next to Sanibel, and the J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge is nearby. The condo is beautifully furnished in beachy Florida style! It has a full kitchen, including washer and dryer, and has a screened porch with table and chairs accessed through a sliding door from the dining area. It's on the ground floor near the pool area and a short walk to the beach. Facilities at Blind Pass Condos also include two tennis/pickleball courts, and a barbecue/grill area, all accessible from the porch door. Also, you can sign out canoes and kayaks for paddling on Clam Bayou, accessible from the condo property.

Primary bedroom: 1 king bed
Guest bedroom: 2 queen beds

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The primary bedroom with king bed has a bathroom with tub/shower. The guest bedroom with two queens beds has a step-in shower. Both bedrooms have TVs and roomy closets for your personal items. 

Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, including stacked washer/dryer, and a subway tile backsplash. The breakfast counter seats are a convenient spot for morning coffee or an evening snack. 

Dining/Living Room: The sectional sofa offers plenty of space to relax and the dining table comfortably seats six. The screened porch is located just off the dining area.

4 rolls toilet paper, 2 boxes tissues, 1 roll paper towels, 2 packets laundry soap, 2 packets dishwasher detergent, 1 small bottle liquid dish soap, 1 scrub sponge, 4 bars bath soap and 5 trash bags. *Guests will need to purchase any further supplies needed at a local grocery.
