F102 is an Updated Unit: An Updated Unit features recent updates to furnishings and/or amenities and major appliances that fall within hospitality industry standards for life expectancy.

It is a two-bedroom, two-bath unit adjacent to the path that leads to the beach.  We are located on the ground floor of Building F, which is ***ONE OF THE CLOSEST LOCATIONS TO THE BEACH ~ A FIVE OR SIX MINUTE STROLL*** from our lanai will put you on our wonderful beach, (Bowman's Beach--Look it up).  The path to the beach is through nature, over a footbridge that goes across a bayou.  The bayou footbridge is a good place to fish and to look for various birds, manatees, and alligators. We're also an easy walk to the very popular Bowman Beach and Children's Park, and there's no charge for parking if you just walk over!

***OUR LARGE POOL AND CLUBHOUSE ARE NO MORE THAN A TWO-MINUTE WALK AWAY***.  There are a large number of loungers, tables, and chairs available. We also have shaded areas with umbrellas.

There are ***kayaks and canoes*** that can be signed out (at no charge) to explore the bayou.  If you are into ***tennis*** we have two well-maintained courts available.  If you like to grill out there are ***five gas BBQ grills*** near the clubhouse/pool.

The condo is decorated with tropical colors and with a beach motif.  It has a master bedroom with a ***new king mattress***a full bath with tub and shower, and a large walk-in closet.  The guest bedroom has two almost new queen mattresses, a walk-in closet, and a full bath with a walk-in shower.  Both bedrooms have plantation shutters. They are both carpeted.

The living/dining room has mostly rattan furniture.  The couch pulls out into a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress.  We just purchased ***two new recliners***.  All furniture is very comfortable.  This area is tiled, as is the entryway, bathrooms, and kitchen.

The unit has carpets, furniture, and bedspreads cleaned twice a year 

The kitchen area has plenty of counter and cupboard space with a refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, a coffee maker, can opener, toaster, and garbage disposal.  We have about all the utensils, pots and pans, and dishware that you can imagine.  Also a full-sized washer and dryer.

***The lanai is double-sized***--one of the largest in the complex. We have comfortable seating and a table in case you want to eat outside.   There is an owl box, a banana tree, and nightly sunsets within easy viewing.

There are six ceiling fans in the unit.  We have installed a ***filtered drinking water system***at the kitchen sink so there is no need to buy bottled water.

***THE UNIT HAS SECURE HIGH-SPEED WIFI AND INTERNET***

***There's a new Roku TV in the living room and both bedrooms have high-definition, flat-screen televisions.  We also have DVR and DVD players.***

We have hundreds of books in a mini-library.  There is a nice collection of beach equipment including toys, noodles, chairs, loungers, shell nets, an umbrella, and coolers.  An most importantly--a beach cart to haul all this to and from the beach.  We hope you have a wonderful stay at OUR condo in paradise!!

 The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.
