This popular ground-floor unit provides all the amenities for your comfortable and memorable get-away on beautiful Sanibel Island. It has easy, direct access from the adjacent, covered parking spot. The entire unit is decorated in Coastal style with warm Sanibel colors and local artwork. There is tropical furniture throughout the unit. Ceiling fans in every room enhance your comfort. There is lovely tile flooring throughout the unit, with carpeting in both bedrooms and large walk-in closets in both bedrooms. Two shell display cases containing results of our years of amazing shelling success on this beautiful island are awaiting your perusal. And we have free, high-speed internet access in F101.

The living area is large and includes a flat-screen TV/DVD, Samsung Bluetooth soundbar, two comfy recliners, a large coffee table, a love seat, and a pull-out queen sofa bed. Bookshelves provide wildlife resource information, nature guides, island history/information, and novels. The open dining area seats six and the side table includes large serving bowls, games, and puzzles for all ages.

 

A private, screened lanai off the living area provides cozy outdoor seating and has direct access to the F101 parking space – just a few steps away for easy loading and unloading! The view of tropical vegetation of Bowman’s Beach Park offers privacy and serenity. The large pool is a short walk away, the tennis courts are even closer. The short walk to the expansive and pristine beach will take you over a natural bayou filled with wildlife sightings – manatee, osprey, wood stork, green and great blue herons, snowy egrets, etc. The beautiful beach shelling, sea turtle nests, shorebirds, fishing, and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets offer unique get-a-way experiences.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with every amenity and has a convenient serving counter with bar stools, updated appliances, and many extras such as a toaster oven, microwave, blender, and juicer. The new, convenient washer and dryer are located adjacent to the kitchen. 

The large master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, TV/DVD, tropical-themed furniture, and a walk-in closet. The master bath has recently been remodeled with a new tub, shower, and comfort height toilet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, TV/DVD, and a very large walk-in closet that stores beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys, small surfboards, coolers, shelling nets, beach carts, iron and ironing board, and lots of children’s books. The second bath has a large, tiled, walk-in shower. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms. The adjacent linen closet stores beach towels, additional bath towels, and extra bedding.

The beautiful property at Blind Pass offers lush landscaping, a large pool, several Weber gas grills, two professional-sized tennis courts, free kayaks/canoes, and tennis racquets. The on-site management team is friendly and very helpful to all guests. Blind Pass condominiums are located very close to the amazing Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, CROW wildlife rehabilitation center, the world-famous Shell Museum, and many other island attractions. The excellent island restaurants, shopping, and other island activities are just a few minutes away. Bike rentals can be delivered right to the condo and there is direct access to extensive bike trails the lead to island adventures. But the best is the miles of pristine beaches that offer exploration, exceptional shelling, fishing, and soul restoration.

The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rental clean. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.
