Blind Pass Condo E206: Welcome to our Island Paradise! The two-story, two-bedroom townhouse, which boasts a spacious, open layout is perfect to enjoy your relaxing beach vacation. We, the owners, maintain this unit in perfect condition and are constantly renovating each year for the comfort of our guests. The whole condo was laid out with a new carpet in 2021. The downstairs closet is equipped with a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, shelling equipment and a cooler for your convenience. Ceiling fans throughout, air conditioning and heating. New windows were installed throughout in 2020.
Building E is close to clubhouse, pool and tennis courts, but the unit overlooks secluded woods and vegetation for peace and quiet. At the same time the building is one of the three closest to the walkway to the beach, offering quick access to all that you came for: sunshine, beautiful Gulf of Mexico, great shelling, frequent dolphin visits and breathtaking sunsets. All you have to do is to relax and enjoy your vacation. Blind Pass is situated on a private, secluded stretch of Bowman's Beach. A short walk and bridge over the bayou lead to the beach; this is as close to the beach as you can get at this point, about 300 yards.
The condominium association operates a pool for all condos on the premises. Weber gas grills are available on the premises for guest usage. Kayaks/canoes are free to guests of Blind Pass Rental office for paddling in the bayou to see manatees, fish jumping, osprey, pelicans, herons and egrets. Guests are welcome to use the two professional sized tennis/pickleball courts. Restaurants, shopping, bike path (rental bikes are delivered to your door), power boat rentals, J.N. "Ding" Darling Wildlife Refuge, the National Shell Museum, and more are all just a few minutes away. Ft. Myers Airport is only 32 miles away, the exit on I-75 29 miles.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: On the second floor is the luxurious master suite with king-size bed in a Floridian flower and butterfly decor, flat screen TV and DVD and large master bath. The bedroom opens out onto the screened-in balcony with a partial view of the gulf, where you can sit on two elevated lounge chairs to enjoy your evening drink without caring about no-see-ums. The beautiful second bedroom, which is light yellow, has two twin beds, TV, and a separate renovated bathroom with a spacious shower instead of a bathtub. The extra half bath downstairs is an additional asset.

Kitchen: The kitchen has spacious beautiful cupboards throughout, a light wood floor and a wide opening with to the dining area; this area with three stools can be used as convenient bar. It is well equipped with all your cooking needs. The stacked washer/dryer is on first floor.

Dining and Living Room:  The open living and dining area, which has been completely renovated and remodeled with new furniture, is equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD and lots of books and games. It is bright and sunny and has two sleeper sofas.
