This spacious unit is decorated in a warm and inviting coastal style that will instantly make you feel comfortable. Tile floors were laid and the 2 Master suites were renovated in Sept./Oct. 2015. The large dining table can accommodate up to 8 people. Beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and nice appliances is fully equipped for everything from a quick snack to a full Holiday Meal. There are new 43-inch (Living + Master) and 32-inch HDTVs in all rooms as well as a DVD player and secure WIFI in the unit. The beach closet is fully stocked with all the required beach equipment (beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, beach coolers). Full-size washer/dryer in the condo. The unit offers a private and quiet screened lanai that was also renovated. The covered parking is located right next to the porch for easy access/unloading and loading.
