Your Island Paradise – updated beachy luxury! Whether you want to spend all your time at the beach or just relax in the condo, E106 is your perfect home on the island! The condo is beautifully furnished with a breezy beach feel.

The luxurious master suite has a king bed, tropical furniture and bedding, and a large master bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a walk-in closet, and a bright, airy vibe. Another bathroom with a shower is right outside the second bedroom. 

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat, and comfy chair with ottoman, and the dining area seats eight at the table, with three more high-boy seats at the bar. Each room has ceiling fans and updated window treatments.

The kitchen is well stocked to meet all your cooking needs, including pots and pans for cooking and baking, grilling tools, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and much more. Gas grills are just a short walk away at the clubhouse. There’s a laundry closet off the kitchen that includes a full-sized washer and dryer – and there are plenty of laundry baskets, a drying rack for your beach gear, and an iron and ironing board.

There are lots of amenities to make relaxing in the condo a pleasure, from 3 flat-screen HDTVs complete with DVD players to free high-speed wifi and a stereo with CD and iPhone connection. For those lazy days or evenings in the condo, there’s a wide selection of games, puzzles, books, and DVDs. The lanai features a patio table for outdoor dining while enjoying the breeze through the nearby palm trees and tropical foliage. The unit also has a unique outdoor patio area with two comfy Adirondack chairs for sunning or enjoying your coffee in the morning!

Of course, the highlight of any beach vacation is the beach – and Bowman’s Beach is considered one of the finest in the country, with beautiful sand, the sparkling Gulf, and incredible shelling. Building E is one of the closest buildings to the beach path – and E106 has all the beach gear you’ll need to get the most from our sandy shore: beach chairs, umbrella, shell nets, pool noodles, beach cart, coolers, and lots of beach toys for the kids.

The condo is just steps away from the pool and tennis courts (racquets and balls are available in the condo for your use). Blind Pass guests have free use of kayaks on Clam Bayou, where you can view all kinds of wildlife, including herons, osprey, spoonbills – and even eagles and manatees! And of course, all the great attractions of Sanibel are just a short drive from your doorstep, including Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, restaurants and shops, boat trips on the Gulf, and much more.
