E102 is an Updated Unit: An Updated Unit features recent updates to furnishings and/or amenities and major appliances that fall within hospitality industry standards for life expectancy.

2 Bedroom / 2 Bath with a king bed in the master bedroom; one twin and one full bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa.
Come experience the peace and relaxation of beach life while staying in our first-floor unit. Light airy open floor plan with bedrooms on each side. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom contains furniture from the “Sanibel Collection”. The second bath is equipped with a walk-in shower.
Well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel pots/pans, cutting boards, coffee maker, microwave, and blender. The dining table seats 6 plus the counter allows for 2 extra diners.
There is a full-size washer and dryer located in the closet in the kitchen allowing you to pack less! Iron and ironing board are available. Gas grills are available a short walk away at the clubhouse.
The living room has ample seating with a pull-out sofa, love seat, and chair. TV and DVD player along with free wi-fi is provided. The unit is family-friendly with books, games, and assorted puzzles. Wildlife photos in the living/dining room are samples of what you may see at Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge located just five miles away.
Beach cart, Beach chairs, umbrella, beach mat, boogie boards, and beach toys are also provided. Enjoy a trip down Clam Bayou in search of manatees, alligators and many species of birds in either kayaks or canoes, which can be checked out from the
office at no cost. Tennis rackets and balls are provided in the condo. Both tennis courts are just steps away.
From our back patio enjoy a short walk to the footbridge over Clam Bayou. Continue on across the dunes to reach Bowman’s Beach, one of the best shelling beaches in the country. Walk miles down the beach collecting shells, sit on the beach watching the waves looking for dolphins, try your luck fishing or enjoy a dip in the gulf.

The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.
