This condo has been recently updated. The condo has a spacious living room and dining room area with bedrooms on either side. The living room is equipped with flat-screen TV and DVD player. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bathroom with tub, and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds, a walk-in closet, and full bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen has stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Beach chairs and beach wagon provided. Beautiful large windows overlook tropical vegetation. Non-smoking. WIFI in unit

C101’s owners had vacationed for many years with family at various spots on Sanibel and Captiva. When it was time to buy, they had no doubt that Blind Pass was the place. This ground-level unit enjoys great access for those with mobility concerns or just like easy access to the car for groceries, luggage, etc. The assigned parking space is only a few feet from the porch door
