Blind Pass Condo B208: Incredible unit! Split level Townhome provides two bedrooms on second floor and 2.5 baths total. Main living area is on the first floor and has a screened lanai with comfortable and practical furniture. Ceiling fan keeps you cool as you take in the sanctuary views outside. You are on vacation and we totally get it! We strive to have everything in place for your enjoyment. Flat screen TVs in all rooms. Remodeled bathrooms, hair dryer, new linens, DSL/WIFI IN UNIT (10MB)! Coolers, backpack chairs, tote buggy, fishing rods, shelling nets and other recreational supplies in closet for your enjoyment. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Oversized primary bedroom has an en-suite, private bath / shower/tub. Includes separate powder / sink area with large counter top, drawers and huge mirror with convenient outlets and plenty of adjustable lighting! Walk-in closet features ample rods and hangers for your clothing. Primary bedroom also has its own private screened-in lanai with comfortable chairs, table and ceiling fan! Sooo perfect for immersing yourself in the natural beauty from the glistening gulf to the lush sanctuary outside with that quiet morning coffee or evening beverage far away from any downstairs activity. Guest bedroom has a huge closet, two comfy twin beds, soft carpeting, lots of natural light and island style wicker dresser and reading chair. Guest bath is steps away and features an oversized walk-in shower, large mirror and convenient toiletry cabinet.

Kitchen: Offers an open design concept with architecturally tasteful storage so you will never feel cluttered in. Plenty of storage for groceries out of sight, and ample, adjustable lighting with overhead fans throughout. A breakfast island with seating for four also stores newer appliances and new cookware. Utensils, cookware, dinnerware replaced with NEW EVERY YEAR.

Dining and Living Room: Sofa, loveseat and large chair are yours to relax in after a fun day at the beach. Large dining area with plenty of seating for a family meal is close enough to the updated kitchen.

4 rolls toilet paper, 2 boxes tissues, 1 roll paper towels, 2 packets laundry soap, 2 packets dishwasher detergent, 1 small bottle liquid dish soap, 1 scrub sponge, 4 bars bath soap and 5 trash bags. *Guests will need to purchase any further such items needed at a local grocery.
