Beautiful newly renovated ground floor unit with screened lanai is conveniently located close to pool, tennis courts, grills, and clubhouse.  The world-renowned Bowman's Beach is a short walk through lush tropical landscaping; along the way kayaks and canoes are available at no cost at the foot of the bridge over Clam Bayou where Manatees, numerous Coastal Birds, and other wildlife can be viewed. 

The condo is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, and entertainment, play, and relaxation.  A beach cart, cooler, lounge chairs, umbrella, and beach toys make your trip to the beach a breeze.  Beach towels are provided.  The living area features a 40" HD Smart TV, Blue Ray DVD, wireless internet, and a free long-distance phone.  In addition, both bedrooms have HD TVs.  There is also an assortment of board games, toys, and puzzles.

The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.
