This second-floor unit has a light and airy feeling due to its open layout.  Enjoy a long view of the pool from your screened-in lanai with a sense of privacy. The unit sleeps six comfortably with carpeting and tile throughout. Enjoy the large, heated free-form pool, two tennis courts, and gas grills. Kayaks and canoes are for your use at no charge… for paddling in the bayou and sighting beautiful birds and manatees. Bowman’s private beach is just a short walk, through the beautifully landscaped property (no roads to cross) over the footbridge onto the beautiful site at the Gulf, a sandy beach with millions of beautiful, unique shells. Here you can relax and shell to your heart’s content. Enjoy swimming and fishing in the Gulf and do not miss the majestic sunsets on the beach. Close by you will discover the many lovely and interesting restaurants and shops. Enjoy your stay on beautiful Sanibel Island.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Bedrooms have walk-in closets. Primary bath has a full-size tub and shower. The guest bath has a walk-in shower.

Kitchen: The updated kitchen is fully equipped. The unit has a full-size washer and dryer. 

Dining and Living Room: The large dining table has 6 chairs. The living room TV has a DVD player. The screened-in lanai has a patio table and four chairs.
