   A104 is an Updated Unit: An Updated Unit features recent updates to furnishings and/or amenities and major appliances that fall within hospitality industry standards for life expectancy.
Very lovely ground floor Blind Pass Condo, professionally decorated, and always updated to maintain a high standard.
   The Blind Pass Condominium grounds are as well kept and beautifully landscaped  as when we vacationed here in the years past. Blind Pass has one of the largest heated pools on the island, two tennis courts, kayaks, gas grills on premise, and a short private walkway to a stunning Bowman's Beach! You do not need to get into the car because from our front or back door you are a five minute walk to the beach entrance. And we supply you with beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart.
   Our unit, A104 is on the quieter side of the complex, set back with many lush Florida trees surrounding the screened lanai, and patio where you can sift through your shells, or just relax after a day on the beach.  
  You will feel as if you are in a Robinson Crusoe  setting while enjoying your morning coffee or happy hour in our screened lanai with a fan overhead.
    Inside, our modern tropical decor invites you to relax and enjoy our full kitchen which has all the appliances and kitchenware you will need. We have sleeping for up to six guests with a queen bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the guest bedroom, and two sleeper sofas in the living room; the sofa mattresses are attached to the frames for a more comfortable sleeping.
We have three flat screen T.V's; all with a blue ray player, free wireless internet, and a washer and dryer inside our condo.
 I diligently maintain the condo to a high standard. It is your vacation ,and I want you to be happy you chose my unit. I have a Guest book where people are free to leave me a message. I've always received rave reviews, for my condo, the grounds, and Sanibel. Please, enjoy!
The housekeeping staff adheres to a rigorous and detailed cleaning protocol to keep our visitors safe and rentals clean. For further protection, a commercial anti-viral fogger is used in-between rentals, and to comply with CDC guidelines we have provided a Sanitizer and hand soap for your use while you stay. Our guests can rest assured that our condos are cleaned and sanitized for their protection so that they can truly relax and enjoy Sanibel Island.
