Doc Ford’s Rum Bar & Grille
Doc Ford’s Rum Bar & Grille has to be many of our guests’ favorite restaurants that are around town. At this restaurant is where you will find some great flavors from around the Caribbean. Some of the foods that you will find here at Heat Island Chicken Wings, Soups, Salads, Shrimp Ceviche Cocktail, and Steak. There is a beautiful kid’s menu as well that has all of the favorites from chicken nuggets to pizza. We promise that this is a great restaurant to give a try here on Sanibel Island on your next visit.
The Clam Shack
Another great place to eat at while on vacation to Sanibel Island is The Clam Shack. Here you and the family will be able to enjoy some delicious food together. Some of the things you’ll be able to choose from are Fisherman’s Platter, a Clam Bake, and more. The kids will have a great selection as well on the menu that includes Grilled Cheese, Burgers, Hot Dogs, and Fried Shrimp. Blue Giraffe Restaurant
The Blue Giraffe Restaurant is a local favorite and visitors as well. Not only can you and the family eat here for breakfast, but they serve lunch and dinner too. Located in the heart of Sanibel Island is where you will find this family-owned restaurant. Some of the foods you will find on the menu are Food Truck Tacos, Egg’s Benedict, Tacos, Cuban Cuisine and more. The choices are endless here and we can tell you that the kids will love it too. Don’t cook while on vacation and instead head to this restaurant one day.

As we begin to think about the upcoming holiday season, we hope everyone has had a safe and enjoyable year. Although we went through Hurricane Helene and Milton, we are working hard to rebuild our first floor units at our little corner of paradise. The great news is that we are open, our second floor units are available and we are welcoming guests. Our pool is ready for you, the bridge over Clam Bayou is open and our new tennis/pickleball court project is completed! It has been wonderful to see so many familiar and new faces this fall!
