A note about our footbridge closure
Our footbridge that goes across Clam Bayou is not open yet, we will be keeping guests updated on when that project will be completed. For now, guests can use the Bowman's Beach public access which is across the street. It is approximately a 6 minute walk to that bridge access from our resort. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, rest assured that we are working towards rebuilding our footbridge as quickly as possible. |

Bridge building fundraiser information
--> Click here to visit our Go Fund Me fundraiser - thank you to everyone that has donated! We are holding a Bridge Building Fundraiser! We know that our private footbridge over Clam Bayou is so important to our guests and families, it is the path that delivers us to our beautiful beach. Since the bridge was damaged and mostly gone from Hurricane Ian, we have been working on the rebuilding and repair plan and are getting close to starting that project. We’re raising funds to help with the immense costs for this important project. Here's the link to help: Blind Pass Condos Bridge Building Fundraiser hosted by Blind Pass |
Recovery worker's lunches and fundraiser

Hurricane Ian caused catastrophic damage to Southwest Florida, including Sanibel Island and Blind Pass Condos . Although the damages have been very difficult to see, we are a strong community and we are moving forward with clean up and re-building. We have a huge crew of about 30 people working at Blind Pass Condos. They are helping to tarp roofs, secure windows, clean up, clear walkways, repairing the clubhouse, document damages and salvage what is possible for our wonderful community of owners. This devoted team has been working tirelessly since day one.
For the first few weeks, they arrived by boat, gaining access through Bowman’s Beach Park (sometimes having to swim in) then walking to our complex. Since the bridge has been fixed, they have been able to drive over but amenities are slim on the island.
So many people have asked us how they can help our Blind Pass Family during this difficult time, thank you for reaching out! We’d love to offer everyone the ability to chip in to buy a few lunches for the Blind Pass crew on site. We’ll collect money to buy lunch and drinks for everyone and have it delivered by one of the staff members. We appreciate everyone that helps, contributes or shares this fundraiser. The goal is to give them a few lunches. We love our boots-on-the-ground crew at Blind Pass – feeding them a great lunch is one way to show our support right now! Thank you.

Our fifth visit. We have visited Sanibel six times, the last five times at Blind Pass Condos. We have stayed in two and three bedroom condos and townhouses and found all to be very good. This is not a luxury resort, but is perfect for a visit to Sanibel. It is a quiet place on Bowman's Beach, away from the more hectic areas of Sanibel, a great location to appreciate the nature of the island. We will return.
